How not to get disheartened with little progress

Can a one legged man do the marathon?

Course they can! – maybe not as good as if they had both limbs but they can still do it, you just need the right frame of mind to give you will power 🔋

Yes, I know progress may be very, very slow, it will require a lot more effort than normal and you would need a lot of determination and grit, but it can – be – done ✔ SO DONT GIVE UP!

Same like learning, the brain may be hampered in some ways that only you can understand , but don’t let that stop you – be strong in faith, mind and body and never lose sight of the end goal 💪

Heres some tips
Tip 1 – Don’t compare yourself to others – its a sure way to give up

Ask yourself am I on my own path, am I staying consistent and diligently to what is important to me?

Am I doing something that is for my sake and not for others?
Am I measuring up for others or am on my own path?

When you living a conforming life to others around you, you will always feel discouraged because that is who you are trying to please.

Don’t compare to others, do you for your own self

Tip 2 – If you are struggling dont suffer in silence, ask for support or help. The world is full of good people who can help you on your journey.
